  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to a cozy 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in another bowl until well blended.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s completely coated.
  5. Coat the egg-coated chicken breasts in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing it onto the chicken.
  6. Arrange the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
