Delicious and healthier baked ground turkey meatballs packed with flavor, perfect for weeknight meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.
  7. Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the meatball mix for an hour before shaping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
