Transform your weeknight dinner with this flavorful Baked Boursin Salmon topped with creamy herbs and garlic cheese.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 5 oz Boursin cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) so it’s ready for roasting our salmon to perfection.
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.
  3. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create the marinade.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish and brush the marinade over each fillet.
  5. Spread the Boursin cheese evenly on top of each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
