  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground (or to taste)
  • Optional: 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • Optional: 1 bunch Asparagus Spears, trimmed
  • Optional: Extra Lemon Wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse salmon fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Place salmon on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with sea salt and black pepper.
  4. Finely mince garlic, grate lemon zest, and squeeze lemon juice, set aside.
  5. Let Boursin cheese soften for easier mixing.
  6. In a bowl, combine softened Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, dill, and parsley, mixing until smooth.
  7. Dollop and spread the Boursin mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  8. If using, arrange cherry tomatoes and asparagus on the baking sheet, drizzling with a bit more olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  9. Bake in the oven for 12-18 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  10. Optionally broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for a crispy topping.
  11. Allow the salmon to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  12. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges.
  13. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.

Notes

Freshness of salmon is important; swap Boursin with cream cheese or feta if desired. Customize with herbs and seasonings as per preference.
