A quick and flavorful stir-fried dish featuring fresh green beans sautéed with garlic and soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and trim the green beans.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the green beans and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  5. Drizzle in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to coat the beans evenly.
  6. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the beans are tender but still crunchy.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  8. Serve hot from the pan.

Notes

Use fresh green beans for better flavor. Adjust soy sauce and spices according to taste.
