A convenient and customizable egg bake, perfect for busy mornings or brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, spinach, onions)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar, mozzarella)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Optional toppings: cooked bacon or sausage

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the diced vegetables, cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

For added texture, sauté vegetables briefly before mixing into the eggs. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or frozen for 3 months.
